​Pet insurance that can be handled at the counter

・When paying for pet insurance at Anicom Insurance or Ipet Insurance, you will need to present your insurance card each time. If you wish to pay at the counter, be sure to bring your insurance card with you when you visit the hospital and hand it to the receptionist along with your patient registration card.(If you forget your health insurance card, you will not be able to pay at the counter.)

・Depending on your insurance coverage, you may not be able to pay at the counter. Please check with each insurance company for details of insurance coverage.

・If you wish to pay for surgery or hospitalization at the counter, please keep your insurance card at the time of admission and return it at the time of discharge. Please note that in some cases it may not be possible to settle the payment at the counter (eg, full payment by bank transfer at a later date, etc.).

​If you have other pet insurance

・If you are enrolled in pet insurance other than the above two companies, you cannot pay at the counter..

・Regarding the documents required for insurance claim (receipts, documents specified by each insurance company, etc.), first check with each insurance company, and if there is anything that needs to be filled out at our hospital, please consult please give me.​
