At our hospital, please bring a postcard that arrives from Itabashi Ward or Nerima Ward during the following period.

If you get a rabies vaccination, we will issue an injection vote on the spot.

・2023From April 1, 2020 to June 30, 2022 (Itabashi Ward)

・From June 1, 2023 to November 30, 2023 (Nerima Ward)

​

・ Rabies injection fee: 3300 yen (tax included)

・Registration fee: 550 yen (tax included)

→Payment of registration fee is cash only

・Other examination fees, etc.

【Notes】

​

・Issuance of payment slip is Itabashi Ward​ and Nerima WardOnly those who are eligible.

・Depending on your health condition on the day, you may not be able to be vaccinated.

・Even if you forget your postcard, if you bring it within the period, it is possible to issue a completed vote.

・Rabies vaccination is available outside the above period, but please register yourself.
